Wonderbars.ie Venue Terms & Conditions
  1. You have agreed to list one or more of your venues live on a listing profile page on the website www.wonderbars.ie.
  2. The website is designed to allow venues to place a listing page on the website and for users of the website to be able to submit booking enquiries directly to venues listed on the website via an email form.
  3. Any information supplied to us by a venue is done so for the purpose of creating a profile page on the website. Information can include text, images & videos. By sending us this information you give the website the permission to use this information for the purposes of creating a profile page on the website.
  4. If you wish to make a change to your listing profile page on the website please email feedback@wonderbars.ie. All venue listing page requests, for edits & updates will be subject to the website administrator’s approval before being published live on the website.
  5. The website www.wonderbars.ie is in beta form (meaning that it is in a trial version and software development will be ongoing). The website will be tested, edited, updated and changed on a regular basis during the beta version. (Although our intention is to have the website live at all times from the initial launch, there may be maintenance down time during the trial period).
  6. Wonderbars.ie will not be held liable for any loss incurred; financial or otherwise, as a result of having a venue listing profile page on the website or of a users interaction with it.
  7. Wonderbars.ie will not be held responsible for any customer information that is sent to you from the website. Users of the website have agreed to allow us to pass their information to you, once they submit a booking enquiry form. We will not be held responsible for how you process user information passed to you.
  8. We reserve the right to withdraw the service at anytime and without notice to you. If you wish to remove your venue listing page please notify us in writing by email to feedback@wonderbars.ie .
