New Booking Enquiry Notification Email (sample below)

Notification – If you have more than one venue from your group listed on WonderBars

It is possible that the same person could submit an enquiry for two or more of your venues at the same time (or within one order). In this case you will receive the one notification email but with both booking enquireis listed separately see below. Depending on how you manage these it is important to remember from the user perspective they may not be aware that you own both venues. In the example below the same person has submitted a booking enquiry for two venues from one group company.

Where is the contact’s name?

At the top of the email notification it says

“You have received an order from NAME. The order is as follows:”

What information is contained in the booking enquiry details?

Order# ( DD/MM/YYYY plus date order was placed)

Each time a booking enquiry is submitted via WonderBars it generates a unique order number. This can be used as a reference number.

Why is there a price?

When the price is set at €0.00 this means that there is no price associated with this product. (The product = a reserved area).

We will be developing the ability for you to make and create offers specifically for groups and each offer will have a quoted price.

For example:

Engagement Party Offer 1 Reserved Area with Finger Food plus arrival drink for minimum 10 people = €15 per person (Minimum spend €150)

or

Corporate Offer 2 Reserved Area with a Whiskey Tasting Masterclass minimum 10 people = €50 per person (Minimum spend €500)

or

Tour Group Offer 3  2 course Traditional Set Menu including a pint of Guinness minimum 15 people = €30 per person. (Minimum spend €300)
